The longer presentation, which was shortened for the
Lausanne symposium, is contained in the ppt file. Here we
have the extended version of the Lausanne presentation.
The numerous mp4 files contain the video clips that play
in the PowerPoint files. To view the entire video
lecturette, all 46 mp4 files must be present together
with the PowerPoint file. If you select and download only
a subset of the .mp4 files, only the corresponding subset
of the video clips will play. Finally, with luck and the
appropriate browser (probably IE) you can play the
PowerPoint file directly by clicking here on Play Lausanne to see
the Web enabled PowerPoint version.
